ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Club Member,

Our AGM will be held on Monday, November 17^th 2014 in the Nixon Room. This meeting is required by our bylaws, but the chance to get to meet members and board members makes it more than a formality. Please come out and participate!

The Board of Directors will provide highlights of the Club’s accomplishments during the 2013/14 season, and you will receive the Club’s annual financial report.

You will also vote for a new Board of Directors. The Board is made up of 10 Directors elected from the membership, plus a Coach’s representative, elected by the coaches. If you would like to be elected to the Board, please forward a written nomination including your own signature and the signatures of two other club members in good standing to Tanja Berger in the Club office on or before November 5^th, 2014. Nomination forms are available in the office.

If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to participate please consider assigning someone to be your proxy. Pick up a proxy form from Tanja in the office, assign a proxy, sign the form and have it given to the secretary at the start of the meeting. No one person can hold more than two proxies.

The WTSC is your club, therefore member participation is crucial its continued success. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting. As always, please get in touch with any questions, ideas, or offers to volunteer.

Thurs Oct 23 is the last day to order club jackets. We have just received confirmation that a smaller size 4-6 can also be ordered. Please see Tanja in the office for a fitting. Payment must be received by Thurs Oct 23 in order to process your order.
