Annual General Meeting

November 24, 2025

7:00pm

Nixon Room, McCormick Arena

Notice is given of the WTSC AGM at the above time and place.

Purpose of the AGM:

• The Board and Program Director will present highlights from the 2024-2025 season.
• The annual financial report will be presented.
• Election of new board members.

• Appointment of accountant for Financial Review.

Nominations for the Board must be submitted by noon on November 10, 2025. Nomination instructions may be obtained by email to the Nominations Chair, Jennifer Nelson at jjnel4@gmail.com.

Registration for AGM: Members who wish to attend the AGM are required to register by November 20, 2025 here.
